Experience
New Jersey criminal attorney Samuel M. Gaylord, founder and co-partner of Gaylord, Rubinstein & Popp, LLC, specializes in the area of New Jersey criminal defense, including DWI defense. Mr. Gaylord is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. He served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Charles A. Delehey. In 2002, Sam was named Young Lawyer of the Year for Mercer County and in 2003 received the Young Lawyer of the Year Service to the Bar award from the New Jersey State Bar Association. In June of 2003, he was introduced as a shareholder in his old law firm, Stark & Stark, but instead left on January 1, 2004 to form his own firm, Gaylord, Rubinstein & Popp, LLC. He has lectured and written on a variety of legal issues. Mr. Gaylord is married, has three children, and is an accomplished trumpet player.
Education
Mr. Gaylord received his B.A. degree from Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall School of Law.
